The early years of Nyla were spent not in a boardroom but in a laboratory. Our founding team — engineers, data scientists, food technologists, and sustainability experts — spent years developing the AI systems that would sit at the heart of every Nyla production facility. We did not want to simply copy the AWG technology that existed. We wanted to make it smarter. Faster. More precise. More efficient. We built machine learning models on millions of simulated production cycles before a single commercial bottle was filled.
